Birthday drinks, engagement parties, wedding celebrations, team get-togethers and launches. We’ll discuss the space, food and drinks around your occasion, budget and rough guest numbers.

Party food is arranged through Gatherin, our resident kitchen. Food can be tailored to your event, guest numbers and budget, with menus agreed directly with the kitchen. Gatherin is a separate business: food is a separate spend and does not count towards the bar minimum.
At the bar, arrange welcome drinks, pre-buy £7 tokens for house beer, house wine or prosecco, or pre-order wine and fizz bottles with 10% off when ordered and paid for in advance. Prepaid drinks and drinks bought during your event both count towards the minimum bar spend.

How does the minimum bar spend work?
The back area with its private bar has a £1,200 minimum bar spend; full venue hire has a £2,500 minimum bar spend. It’s spend on Greenhouse drinks rather than a separate hire fee. Prepaid drinks and drinks bought on the night count. Food is separate through Gatherin.
How do I secure a private-hire date?
Send your preferred date, rough guest numbers, timings and occasion. We’ll check availability and the best setup with you. Once those details are agreed, a £100 deposit secures the booking.
Can I arrange party food or private dining?
Yes. Discuss food with Gatherin around your guest numbers, budget and event format. Let the kitchen know about dietary or allergy requirements when planning. The menu and food price are agreed for your booking.
Can we have a drinks-only party?
Yes. You can celebrate with drinks without ordering food. £7 drink tokens, pre-bought bottles and welcome drinks are options to discuss when planning your event.
What time do events finish?
Our normal event finish time is 11pm. Share your preferred start and finish times with your enquiry so we can check the arrangements.
Can we bring a DJ or arrange music?
Music and DJs can be discussed as part of your event. Tell us what you’d like to bring and any equipment you need so we can agree the setup before the booking.
CHRISTMAS
WITH GATHERIN.
Traditional festive favourites with a Gatherin twist: the £25 Christmas Table sharing feast, £34 two courses, £39 Christmas Gathering, or £55 Gatherin Experience. Prices are per person for food; drinks are separate. Beef Wellington is an extra £5 where chosen on seated dining packages.
